Return window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll share the return instructions and return address.
Return shipping charges

If you prefer that we generate a return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund. (Optional—only if you request it.)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@nkedit.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For damage claims, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel from unopened state through opening and product inspection. This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll deliver the exchanged product within 7 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
